Planning a wedding is a busy time. So hopefully these answers may help you with any questions you have spinning around in your head. And if you have any more questions you’d like to ask me please let me know, I’m always happy to help.

I'm interested in finding out more - what do I need to do next?

Please contact me so we can arrange a suitable time to meet. It’s so important that you get to meet your potential wedding photographer to see if you get along. It’s also a great chance for me to show you the products I offer and chat about all the details of the day. I especially love having a sneaky peak at the picture of your dress while we distract your fiancé with a cup of tea and some wedding albums!

Please feel free to contact me here.

How far in advance do we need to book?

There is no easy answer to this one other than to say – in as far in advance as possible.

What will I need to sign?

Initially you fill in a booking form to secure the date. I then prepare a contract for you to sign, this includes all the terms and conditions of the booking agreement. It is important that you read through this before signing so that you are completely happy with its contents. A £250 non –refundable deposit is required at the point of booking.

What happens between booking and the date of the wedding?

If I am not already familiar with your wedding venue, I visit it for a recce. It’s important that I am familiar with all the best locations inside and out for us to use for the photos. And this allows me to have a wet-weather plan in case the weather surprises us on the day.
I then meet with you both at the venue around 4-6 weeks before your wedding. This gives us the perfect chance to walk around the grounds discussing the best places for your photos while I take some pictures of you both before the big day. We can work out what kind of shots you like, chat about the timings of the day and who you would like in the group shots etc.

When will we see the photographs?

I have all the final images ready for you view within 4 weeks of your wedding date. This gives me time to retouch and edit all the images I have selected to the same standard as those you see on my website. And it means you can relive all those memories again when you return from your honeymoon.

Are you insured?

Yes, I have a have public liability insurance. A certificate can be shown on request.
