FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do we book?

Please email or call me on tessa@tessaclements.co.uk or 07977 417336 to give me all the details about your event.

I’ll then send you a quote and we can go from there.

I’ll send you a contract to send once you’re ready to book.

Please feel free to fill in the contact form below.

When will we see our photos?

Just let me know how quickly you need them when booking.

For corporate events I usually deliver within a week, (or sooner if required). If you need guaranteed next-day delivery that’s totally fine (but there will be an extra fee payable to block out the time required in my diary).

For private party and event photography it usually takes no more than 7 days to finish editing and setting up your gallery and digital archive.

what style of photography do you offer?

I document from the sidelines and specialise in very natural candid photos of your event. I don’t tend to interrupt people for posed party shots like you see in HELLO magazine. But of course, if anyone asks for a posed group photo that’s no problem!

If you’d like any particular portrait groups or venue shots please let me know beforehand and we’ll work out the best time to do them (usually at the start).

How can we use our photos?

As standard corporate event images are licensed for unlimited in-house use for web and social media and unpaid editorial PR use.

If you want to be able to sell images or use them in a commercial product or other advertising campaign please let me know so we can arrange that seperately.

For private events and parties you have unlimted personal use to share with friends and your socials.

What happens if we need to postpone or cancel?

This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and the notice given there will usually be a fee payable to cover our losses in reserving the date for you, up to 100% for very late notice. Full terms are explained in the booking agreement contract.

How much will my event photography cost?

Fees vary depending what you need, where the event is, and when you need me to attend.

Are you insured?

Yes, I have public liability insurance and public indemnity insurance. A certificate can be shown on request.
